Return policy – 365 day no hassle returns! Let us know if you ever find a company who has a lengthier return policy than Fanatics because we sure haven’t found it. Having such a lengthy return policy really allows you the time you need to make a purchase for upcoming birthdays or the Holidays without being under a time crunch to get the item returned in time in case it doesn’t fit or your just not satisfied with the item.

Shipping fees – $4.99 flat rate 3 day shipping on all orders under $75.00. If your order is over this threshold they will waive the shipping fee entirely. They also run occasional promotions that offer free shipping during certain time periods. You can also receive free shipping by signing up to their rewards program (More information below).

Return policy – For many, many years Fans Edge always had a respectable 60 day return policy. A 60 day policy is on par or above average for sports retailers. However, they have since followed Fanatics lead a few months back and now have a 365 day 1 year policy! You have a full year in order to return a product for a no hassle refund. All items must be returned in an unused condition of course.

Shipping fees – They charge a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee for orders under $50.00. However, if your order is over that amount (50 dollars) the shipping fee is waived and your order ships for free. They also have expedited shipping rates but there will be a higher charge for this.

International shipping – Yes, they ship to approximately 100 overseas countries.

Guaranteed satisfaction – They don’t have a rewards policy like Fanatics but they do have a “Guaranteed satisfaction” policy. Basically, if you have to return an item for any reason (for a full refund) they will award you $10.00 in fan cash that can be used towards any purchases made in the future.

Order tracking – Yes. All you have to do is log in to your customers account in order to view your order history as well as when your item(s) have shipped.

Amazon’s Store Policies

Return policy – 30 day returns – This is significantly less than Fans Edge or Fanatics. If the purchase will be for yourself, 30 days should be plenty of time for you to return an item if you aren’t pleased with it. However, if you are purchasing an item for a gift and it will be sitting in your closet for awhile, a 30 day return policy may not be enough. If this is the case, we recommend using either Fanatics or Fans Edge to make your transaction.

Order tracking – Yes, they have a comprehensive tracking system that allows you to log in to your customers account and view the moment that your order has left the warehouse, what parcel location it is currently located at and when you can expect it to arrive. You can also have this info sent to your email or cell phone.

Delivery fees – Many items qualify for their “Free Super Saver Shipping” program (on orders over 35 dollars). However, many items do not qualify. If they do not qualify there is typically a $3.99 fee for apparel items. Some items (mostly merchandise) will carry a different fee. Also, each additional item you add to your cart will carry an additional $1.49 fee (if they don’t qualify for free shipping too).

International shipping – Yes, Amazon ships globally.

Rewards program – Many credit card companies have partnered with Amazon and you can allot some of the points you have accumulated to receive a discount. Amazon even has it’s own credit card that you can apply for to receive benefits.
